Lindsay is already causing trouble....Plus are Taylor and Jake no longer together?...And did LeAnn Rimes get a boob job?

Lindsay Lohan is only two days out of rehab and already she’s already causing problems in the beachside community of Venice where she’s setting up her new home. Lindsay has rented the townhome that is next door to Samantha Ronson's townhome and she is furious. Sam was spotted by photogs yesterday leaving her apartment and looked disgusted as she told them that she had no idea and that it definitely wasn't planned. Lindsay is now saying that she will move in order to avoid upsetting Sam. It's not just Lindsay's ex that is mad. The entire Venice beach community is outraged at the Lohan move. Many of the celebs that live in Venice, have moved there in order to stay under the radar and avoid the paparazzi. Stars such as Rosario Dawson, Anna Paquin and Tim Robbins all live nearby and can't be happy about the impending move.

 

The time has come for Taylor Swift to write a song about Jake Gyllenhaal. Just weeks ago they looked inseparable, and now they are done! They were lovey dovey right before her 21st birthday, but spent all of Christmas and New Year's apart! Jake was spotted eating alone in Hollywood and Taylor went to the caribbean with her mom. Then New Year's came and went, while Taylor was spotted eating out in Nashville with a friend and Jake was in NYC. It looks like it has just fizzled out. Both reps say, "No Comment". Wonder if she gets to keep the $10,000 guitar?

 

John Mellencamp has left his wife for Meg Ryan? Perhaps there was an affair going on? It turns out Meg Ryan was a good friend of the couple and photos have surfaced of Meg having dinner with the couple 2 years ago. Though John just announced the split last week, it turns out that he and Meg Ryan have been having out for at least 7 weeks. They were spotted getting cozy in Martha's Vineyard last month and more recently in NYC.

 

LeAnn Rimes stole her new fiancee. Did she steal something else from Eddie Cibrian's ex? LeAnn stole Brandi's plastic surgeon. LeAnn was recently cavorting on the beach in Mexico with Eddie and her rocking body had some serious new additions. LeAnn who was previously very small chested has always expressed her desire for bigger boobs. A source says, "She recently got a boob job, she's always, always been insecure about her size. She was a small A-cup. She often talked about wanting to get implants. She'd say, "I just want a little bit so they're proportionate to my body.'" Being coy about the rumors, LeAnn tweeted, "yes the rumors are true, my fiancee got chest implants".
